These terms cover your use of tairusimpact.com and our demo tools, run by Tairus LLC ("Tairus," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This site describes our AI receptionist services for home service businesses and lets you book a call or try a demo. Nothing on this site is a contract to provide services. Services start only when you sign a written agreement with us, and that agreement controls if it differs from anything here.

Prices and plans

Prices shown are in US dollars and can change. The price, setup fee, minutes, and terms that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract.

Examples and estimates

The missed-call calculator and any example calls or numbers on this site are illustrations based on stated assumptions. They are not a promise of results. Your results depend on your business, your calls, and your customers.

Test calls with our AI receptionist

• The test call is an AI, and it will tell you so.
• Test calls are recorded and transcribed. We tell you this next to the button that starts the call. By starting one, you agree to that recording.
• The AI can make mistakes, mishear you, or give wrong information. Don't rely on a test call for anything important.
• Don't share sensitive personal, health, or payment information during a test call.
• Don't use the demo to harass anyone, overload it on purpose, or try to break or copy it. We may limit or block demo access at any time.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from Tairus, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

Our content

The Tairus name, logo, page designs, and text belong to Tairus LLC. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Outside services

Our booking calendar, demo, and other tools run on third-party software. We are not responsible for those providers' own sites or policies.

No warranty

The site and demo are provided "as is." We do our best to keep them working and accurate, but we don't promise they will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tairus is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages from your use of this site or the demo. Our total liability for any claim about this site is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Madison County, Kentucky.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
